I love the light of the outdoors and the color that it creates. I work from photos of local areas whether it be Baylands walking trails, or the beaches of Monterey.  I connect with contemplative subjects that are gazing or thinking, being a quiet observer myself.  My graphic design background is revealed in my flat shapes and bright colors. I paint in Oil or Acrylics.
